Today I realized even more how blessed I am to have the children that i do. I have AmAzInG girls. Each of them are going through some struggles right now and they are all standing up to them. Though it is not easy, and at times, scary-it is through the tough times in our lives that we grow. One of my beliefs is that you could never have a good day if bad days didn’t exist. If I could say anything to my girls…stay strong and believe in yourselves…don’t let anyone take advantage of you and have you become someone you are not. I love you. Be the vision you have for yourself!
Overthinking leads to over-analyzing.
You think about something, then you go deeper and analyze until you realize that analyzing just makes things worse. You get to have a lot of probabilities, reasons, and opinions on what’s happening, but you know what, you’re just making the situation more confusing than before.
Stop overthinking and over-analyzing. There are a lot of blessings to be thankful for.
